Alright guys, I am finally back and ready to get to work! I have lots to catch up on since my break lasted a little longer than I had planned, but I will definitely not let you guys miss out on any new stuff any longer!

One of the new goodies I have for you is the newest full-length album by D.B. Cooper Duo; released on May 1, 2012. These guys were nice enough to send me their album a little over a month ago, and it has been in the CD player in my car ever since. (Sorry for the delay by the way. I hope you didn’t think I forgot about you.)

D.B. Cooper Duo is a post-hardcore band from Indianapolis, and they bring a Midwestern as well as a dance/electronica style to their music. This is their first full-length album and it brings forth 14 tracks that all stand out on their own. Some songs incorporate more of the electronic elements than others, and the tracks also cover a wide range of speeds. During the progression of this album, you will go from being caressed by a slow, sweet melody to banging your head to the beat.

An interesting fact about this duo is their inspiration to start a band actually began while working on projects for class at Butler University. Now they are working hard to make themselves known in the music world, and we here at Metal Delirium wish them the best of luck!

Make sure to check these guys out; they bring something new and interesting to the table that other post-hardcore bands do not.

You can also find out all you need to know about this band, and grab a copy of the album for yourself at dbcooperduo.com.

About Whitney

I'm just a simple girl from a small town trying to find my place in the world. What better way to do that than to voice my opinion on the music that I live for? I can't think of one!
