Death thrash? Death metal? Deathcore?. Depopulate really don’t have a sound that intrigues me. It’s not that they are band because it is very clear that they have a lot of technical prowess and ability in their music, it just seems that…that is all they have. The music lacks a spark, that something that really clicks in my mind and makes me think “Oh shit, this is my kind of metal!” Not to mention the above image was originally 666X666 revolution; I hope that wasn’t intended.
